Registration desk

The registration desk will be open at the Venue S (Main Venue - Seminário de Vilar)

Thursday, 3rd, 2015: 08:00 – 19:00
Friday, 4th, 2015: 08:00 – 19:00
Saturday, 5th, 2015: 08:00 – 12:00

Registration Fees

The early registration fees apply to registrations made before June 15th 2015.

Only fully registered delegates can present at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by June 15th 2015 will be included in the program.

Please note that registrations requested after June 15th 2015 won’t be mentioned in the official printed list of participants but in a separate leaflet that will be available at the conference registration desk.

The above mentioned fees include:

  • Admission to all the conference sessions;
  • Conference documentation;
  • Certificate of attendance;
  • Welcome reception, on September 2nd 2015;
  • Coffee breaks

Registration cancellation policy

In case of any cancellation the following rules will be applicable:

  1. For cancellations received until August 3rd 3015 full refund deducted of 10% of the registration fees. For cancellations received until August 3rd 2015 full refund deducted of 10% of the registration fees. The reason is that the firm that deals with the credit-payment takes a commission for each operation. Therefore, in this case the ESC is paying two commissions.
  2. No reimbursement for cancellations after August 3rd 2015.

Farewell Dinner

The farewell dinner is optional and is not included in the above registration fees.

A ticket for the dinner that will take place at Sheraton Porto Hotel, can be purchased separately here.
